Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
Coupon & Offer Usage
Coupons and offers on PerkPass are provided by third-party businesses. PerkPass Canada makes no guarantees about offer availability or business participation. Always verify offers directly with the business before redeeming.
Pro Membership
Pro memberships are billed monthly. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Referral-earned Pro months are non-transferable.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not scrape, abuse, or attempt to manipulate the platform, create fake accounts, or misuse referral codes. Violations may result in account termination.
Limitation of Liability
PerkPass Canada is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or from third-party offers.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of PerkPass after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
